Delivery Times

U.S. Customers: 2-5 business days delivery. Please note that our products have a 1-4 working day processing time, meaning you can expect your delivery within 3-9 working days. I ship all orders with USPS Ground Advantage. If you require special delivery, please contact me at stitchinwithsamantha@gmail.com.

You will receive tracking updates via email after your purchase.

Digital Items

Digital orders will be emailed to you directly after your purchase is confirmed. If you realized you don't have access to the email provided, please contact me at stitchinwithsamantha@gmail.com.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

In the U.S., if you haven't received your item within 14 business days, please contact me at stitchinwithsamantha@gmail.com.

Delivery Costs

Upon adding items to your cart, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated. 

Orders placed from November 20 - January 5

Orders placed during peak holiday season can experience delays out of my control. This is due to USPS staffing shortages and heavy traffic for USPS during this time. If you haven't received your order in 14 business days, please contact me at stitchinwithsamantha@gmail.com so I can investigate the order with USPS.

Damaged items

If an order arrives damaged, please contact stitchinwithsamantha@gmail.com as soon as possible with a clear photo of the damage to your item so we can deal with this for you. If an item is damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
